I do that through my lyrics and the type of songs I make, afro-fusing with rhythm n' blues (pop, blues and jazz). I do my best to maintain a silky rap voice - voice of love, voice of sex, I have other voices sha. But you can call it "fine boy music".
Afro beat, Afro fusion, Alte and R&B.
Wizkid, Wande Coal & D'Banj, Fela, Burna & Runtown.
Basically the song is me boasting about how we would hit the ground running with no interruptions, no red lights. So I'm asking my lady to follow me ASAP.
The first verse - I'm telling her I'm reserved but for her I always want to drive through any hefty Lagos traffic to visit. I tell her the different ways she turns me to a maga & mugu. Initially I wanted to hit and run but now I'm caring for her family and shit.
Chorus - I'm urging her to follow me ASAP, since we falling on the floor you already know its rough sex and we wouldn't want to be picking any calls, no stopping!!!
The last verse - I'm asking her to let me be there in the three parts of her day and I'll satisfy her in each one. I know I'm doing a good job because she cries when its almost time for me to leave.
As everything is moving fast, the relationship, the fast sexing, you can hear she loves it with the way she says "Seshon, ma pa mi na" which means "Seshon don't kill me".
My playlists are my different moods. Mostly trap playlists tho. I have Jazz, I have R&B or love songs that get me in my feels, and I have a lot of old skool classics.
It simply means "the time is now". It's the same meaning of the word Session, it's my time! And na me ON am.
Locally: Wizkid, Ruger, Ladipoe
Internationally: Chris Brown, Drake, Young Thug etc.
I'm really looking forward to experimenting and showing my fans the different levels of my work.
Yeah, most times it's my "delivery". I've never not liked what I'm trying to say, just maybe how I said it. So those songs I re-do them.
Instagram.
When we was entertaining people around me from the hostels to the whole school. The encouragement and all makes me feel confident in my talent. It all makes me feel chosen. I was really just writing songs to express how I'm feeling then I'd sing/perform to a few friends next thing you know I'm on the school stage doing the same thing.
Yes I like to start the session by lighting a blunt. Helps me feel whatever I'm feeling deeply that's how I start to get my vibe.
It depends on the type of criticism. I make sure I look into it.
I feel so connected to it like it's just supposed to be my life, my journey.
Ready to collaborate, book a session, or just want to connect? Let's create something amazing together.
